HIGH REP-RATE OPERATION

The AASC Gas Jet system utilizes a fast pulser to achieve <100μs opening and <1ms valve closing, which helps maintain high-vacuum operation even at high rep-rates.


With the ability to configure the nozzle shape to create single or dual jet profiles and compatibility with different gas species and ~150Bar pressures, the Gas Jet system is well suited to a broad spectrum of applications:

RACK MOUNTED DRIVER ELECTRONICS

The AASC Gas Jet system includes a ruggedized, rack mountable (2U) valve driver which utilizes a custom architecture designed to prevent high voltages from being exposed during charging as well as an integrated current monitor allowing for monitoring of the valve drive pulse during operation
